D-Black Catto Dec 29, 2021 @ 3:28am. one of the top reviews mentions overleveling. it goes like that: Good game, but beware of over-leveling! The more you level up, the more the threats level up and the harder the whole game becomes. If you have an elite or boss who's always killing you, look to your gear and/or tactics.
When Remnant: From the Ashes arrived on Game Pass, I had no excuse not to give it a go, but gave up after several frustrating solo runs with the different starting classes. With only two muted DLC drops, it feels like the game dropped entirely out of the news cycle within a year of launch.
Remnant: From the Ashes is a game that no one expected, but everyone was happy to play as soon as they got their hands on it. Itβs a solid action role-playing game and every good RPG has multiple classes that players can choose from. Remnant is no exception, as it offers 3 different classes that are meant for different playstyles and have
ofc different weapons are better in different situations and it is also about your preferance. starting with excultist is good due to the spirit trait imo. putting points in health and stamina as well as spirit is never wrong. #2. Finding yourself asking can you play Remnant 2 solo? The original game, Remnant: From the Ashes, had a big focus on multiplayer combat, with players encouraged to play through the story with

It scale rather good for solo. I dont feel it's harder solo, almost easier. The problem with solo for me isn't the scaling, but the adds in boss fights. If you have 2 or 3 people it's more manageable than when you're alone (that's why I use mostly summons)

On the contrary I find summons to be absolutely invaluable so far. Having like 4+ ads and a boss focus firing me is a nightmare in solo hard mode. But with summons and some persistent AOE mod like the sporebloom, I was able to continuously do damage even when I'm running and dodging for dear life.
